Blade-wise, the diffusion issue in V1 is solved, you can no longer see the LEDs in the blade. The black paint on the blade is also much more thicker, so the light will not shine through the black part.

Second time buying from the shop and they did not disappoint. First time was for myself and second time was a gift to my brother in law. He loves his dark saber so much. I think he turns it on like once a day. And it really is super cool. There is only one button so changing colors and sounds is a bit tricky but I do believe that's pretty customary for these sabers. Takes time to learn it. Overall very happy with my purchase.
