89Sabers-2024 OB1-Removable Chassis.
OB1 lightsaber is made of aviation aluminum, with surface polishing, electroplating, and anodizing coloring. It is exquisite and beautiful and has a strong mechanical sense.
The chassis inside the lightsaber is made of 3D-printed nylon. It is the circuit support skeleton. The chassis is durable, beautiful, and easy to use.
The Proffieboard V2.2 soundboard is an open-source chip with powerful functions. The Proffie soundboard has been continuously updated and designed with more light effects and gameplay functions.
Features of the Proffieboard V2.2:
-Optimize the smooth swing performance, the lightsaber sound effect is smooth, clear, and loud.
-Optimize the coordination of light and sound effects, very sensitive and no delay. Power-on, power-off, strike, swing, and thrust have corresponding sound effects.
-Optimize the chip memory and add the power-on self-test function to the chip.
-Added lightsaber rotation power-on, thrust power-on, and action power-on functions.
-Add the function of changing the color of the lightsaber. By rotating the lightsaber, you can choose the blade color from the infinity color ring.
-Added lightsaber volume adjustment function.
-Light effect introduction: pure color blade, flame blade, electromagnetic light effect, gradient color, flashing light effect. Update 8 sets of new light effects, and increase the burst flash effect. (Light effects refer to flowing light, flashes, gradients, flames, etc. Colors refer to red, blue, green, yellow, purple, etc.)
New Chassis Design:
In the latest universal chassis design in 2022, the chassis can be turned on and off independently. There are accent LEDs on the chassis. The KillSwitch is added, so the battery can last for a long time. The physical battery anti-reverse protection function has been also added.

Truly wonderful customer service. First time dealing with CC sabers/89 sabers and the quality is top notch. Highly recommend. Surprisingly light weight as well.
Beautiful and accurate looking hilt, vibrant blade, easy to follow instructions, and convenient protective case for storage. Everything I was hoping for and more. I did have to tighten the power and aux buttons a little to make them feel more sturdy, and sliding/locking in the chassis (board/battery piece) into the hilt properly is a bit trickier than I expected, but those would be my only (very minor) cons. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this saber and CC Sabers overall.
Was quite surprised when I ordered the 89sabers OB1 and received what must be an updated version because mine featured a purple crystal which is accurate to TPM! Overall very pleased with this hilt and it’s made a fine addition to my collection. CCsabers has become one of my favorite companies to purchase from.
Great Obi Wan Kenobi Episode I lightsaber. The attention to detail is impressive, with every element of the design faithfully reproduced to create an authentic and immersive experience. I also received a fantastic stand with the hilt as well. Couldn’t be happier.
All materials are a very good quality. The buttons function extremely well which isn’t always the case with these upper end light savers. I love the two button configuration. I love the small crystals that light up. It has a nice weight and good balance. Carl also was kind enough to fulfill extra requests I requested and I am so grateful. I would absolutely by this hilt again, and I would absolutely purchased from cc sabers again.
Proud new owner of this beauty. IMO the EP1 OWK is the best lightsaber, period. So high bar set for 89 and they knocked it out of the park. I would have expected to pay loads more for the quality I received. If you love OWK and his EP1 saber this is the BEST price quality combo you’ll ever find.
This is my second OB1 style hilt but the first to come from 89Sabers. Compared to the older Korbanth/Parks model, it is very similar in size and weight. The only slight difference being the older Parks model has a purple gem versus this one’s being clear. The 89Sabers chassis isn’t the most user friendly of the hilts I own, but it does the job. The chassis can be a little challenging to get into place versus some of the other installed 89Sabers hilts I own simply due to how deep into the hilt it sits. Overall this is definitely a great addition to any collection.
