Returns

We offer replacements or repairs for any products damaged due to non-man-made reasons.

We usually do not accept returns or provide refunds for products without manufacturing defects. The buyer is responsible for a 13% restock fee and return shipping costs if insist of the return, as the returned saber cannot be sold as new. However, if the product has any manufacturing defects, we can accept a return and full refund. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will evaluate the issue and either repair the item in-house or send a replacement for the damaged piece.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges can be made free of charge if the shipment has not been dispatched. If the shipment has been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for a 13% restock fee and return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
