We will send replacements or do repairs for any non-man-made damaged products. We do not do returns and refunds if the product has no manufacturing defects. This is by far my favorite saber in my collection. The swing sounds are really smooth. All in all 10/10 hilt. One thing did upset me was the blade that came with isn’t working properly and the gloves get dirty only a few days after using the saber
Love love love the saber. Quality and timely shipping. I do wish it came with Baylan Skol effects or at least instruction on how to add them.
I like just about everything about this saber. But the button is very sloppy and loose. I feel like it's going to fall off. And the font that is closest to Baylon is very far down the list. Figured it would be the first font on the list considering what saber this is. The sound is pretty good, but the color is closer to Rey.
