We’ve bought several RGB TXQ sabers from CCSabers over the last couple months and just ordered another. As our kids customized the settings we realized the value was a lot more than we were expecting. We had one item (dual sabers) shipped to us over the holidays (understandably busy time) and the package arrived without the connector piece for the two sabers. I emailed CCSabers and they promptly responded and got a replacement part sent out to us. We’re very happy with their customer service! I would have given this a 4.5 stars only because there were some components in the Saber that weren't working at first but I was able to get in contact with the owner of the store and he was super professional and got me the part asap. Definitely a great option for a first saber. It looks absolutely epic and works great for duals as well. Would recommend 👍.
